LPC approves residential conversion of 168 Plymouth, Alloy’s next project in DUMBO
The Landmarks and Preservation Committee unanimously approved proposed work for 168 Plymouth, a conversion of two historic structures – one a brick and timber warehouse, the other a concrete daylight factory - into contemporary lofts with new penthouse additions.
